Preparation: Place on plate (600×400) 20 units per plate. Defrost for approximately 60 min. at room temperature. Browning: Brown with whole egg. Cooking (in a ventilated oven) for approximately 18 min. at 200°C. Finishing Brush the syrup for 5 min. before the end of cooking and return to the oven.
